About
I recently graduated with a BA in Education Sciences and Health Promotion from the University of Florida and am now pursuing my Master of Science in Health Education and Behavior. Alongside my studies, I serve as the founder and CEO of HARTS, an Icelandic ed tech company dedicated to supporting schools and organizations in creating accessible, equitable educational spaces.
My work bridges research, advocacy, and practice. At the University of Florida, I have been actively involved in multiple research projects, including a University Scholar Project. My research interests center on inclusive education, accessibility design, instructional design, and mental health education—all of which stem from my passion for ensuring that neurodivergent students have access to fair and supportive learning environments.
I’m also an advocate for students with dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, drawing on both my personal and professional experience. My goal is to be the role model I never had—to show students with learning differences that they do belong in higher education and that they can thrive and excel.
